I’m Mark, founder of Learners Engaged. For 20 years, I’ve worked alongside libraries, supporting digital strategy, building global partner networks, and helping teams deliver services that matter to everyday people. I’ve supported libraries in 80+ countries and visited 60 of them. My love and respect for this industry continues to grow.
In 2017, I had a goal to build a library agency focused on meaningful digital eResources that strengthen communities, families, and lifelong learners. It took time (a long time), and the timing needed to be right. After stepping out of public libraries into educational markets, I returned to public library work in 2024, I rediscovered why this space matters to me: real impact for real everyday people.
Today, I’m proud to launch Learners Engaged with three digital solutions, and more on the way. Our focus is simple: help libraries engage patrons with innovative solutions that can help their communities grow.
