Founded by Mark Ritchie, Learners Engaged partners with libraries to deliver innovative solutions and meaningful digital experiences that strengthen community engagement. With over two decades of experience supporting libraries in more than 70 countries and having personally visited more than 60, Mark has led international digital initiatives, built global partnerships, and helped libraries expand access to knowledge in new and impactful ways. At the heart of our work is a vision that libraries are the center of community, places where people engage, innovate, and grow together. Our mission is to help libraries engage, innovate, and grow. Libraries are hubs of learning, imagination, and community progress. Our role is to support that purpose with meaningful content and forward-thinking solutions that create measurable community impact. **We partner with forward-thinking creators and innovators** to bring impactful, high-quality solutions to the global library community. We’re selective in what we represent — choosing products we genuinely believe in. Products that are creative, impactful and that will support our vision to help libraries engage their communities, innovate with confidence, and grow opportunities for learning and connection. Through exclusive partnerships, we support local representation and global partner channel development, ensuring each solution reaches the right audiences, builds meaningful relationships, and thrives within library ecosystem. We also work with libraries and content partners to share insights, explore new opportunities, and strengthen digital strategies that connect people with meaningful learning experiences. #### EIG Connect Engage.
